Only the data you give us and what is strictly needed for the website to work:

• Contact form on the home page: name, email address, phone number, the reason for your enquiry and the message you write.
• Form on a property listing: the same details, plus the reference of the property you are asking about.
• Valuation tool: name, email address and phone number, and your answers about the home (address, type, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, features, when you want to sell and your situation with the property), together with the calculated estimate.
• Guide downloads: your email address, the guide you download and the page you request it from.
• Valuation requests on the “Sell your house” page: the address and type of the property, your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, whether you agree to receive commercial communications, and the page, language and advert area you send it from.
• Step-by-step free valuation: the address, area, type, floor area and condition of the property, when you want to sell, your name, your phone number and your email address, together with the estimated range calculated and the priority we give your request based on that timeframe.
• Which channel you reach the website through (for example, from ChatGPT, from Google or from an advert) and the domain of the referring website, without the full address, even if you do not accept cookies: it is a category that does not identify you. If you accept advertising cookies, we also store your first and latest visit in your browser (see the cookie policy).
• If you arrive from an advert: the utm parameters in the page address (such as utm_origen or utm_campana) you submit a form from, even if you do not accept cookies; they say which campaign you came from, not who you are. If you also accept advertising cookies: the click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid or oppref), the landing page where you convert, and an event ID so the same conversion is not counted twice between the pixel and the Conversions API.
• Protection against abusive submissions: the IP address a form is sent from, which is kept for 24 hours.

While you answer the valuation tool, your answers are kept in your own browser (session storage) and do not reach us until you send the final form.

We do not ask for special categories of data. If you include other people's details in a message, you must have their permission.

• To answer your enquiry or your request for information about a property and keep in touch as a result. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Every form on the website asks you to confirm, before sending it, that you have read and accept this policy.
• To prepare the valuation you request and contact you to discuss it. Legal basis: your consent, given when you accept this policy in the valuation tool or on the valuation request form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• To deliver the guide you download and to contact you by email about the sale of your home. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the download form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI, the Spanish e-commerce law). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• To send you news and properties from Impulsa by email, only if you tick the commercial communications box, which is separate and not ticked by default. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time, from any of those emails or by writing to us.
• To measure the result of the ChatGPT Ads and Google Ads campaigns you may have arrived from. Legal basis: your consent to advertising cookies, which you give or withdraw at any time in the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• To protect the website against mass or automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the website's security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or build profiles. The valuation tool's estimate is a guidance calculation, not a decision about you.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those described without informing you first and, where the law requires it, asking for your consent.

Enquiry and valuation data is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with them and with any business relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it. It is then kept blocked for the periods during which legal liability may arise and, after that, deleted.

IP addresses used to control submissions are deleted after 24 hours.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers that process it on Impulsa's behalf under a data processing agreement:

• Supabase: the database where requests are stored, hosted in the European Union.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited), through its Places service: address suggestions while you type your property's address in the valuation tool, including its card on the home page. We send it only the text you type and, if you pick a suggestion, its identifier, from our server: Google does not receive your IP address, cookies or contact details.
• Resend: sending the internal email notification when a request arrives and, if you give us your email when requesting a valuation, the email confirming we have received it.

If you accept advertising cookies, we also share with OpenAI, L.L.C. the conversion event (for example, that you submitted the valuation tool's form or downloaded a guide) through its pixel and its Conversions API, to measure the result of the ChatGPT Ads campaign. Unlike the providers above, OpenAI processes this data on its own behalf, as an independent recipient, not as a processor for Impulsa. Legal basis: your consent to advertising cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

If you accept advertising cookies, we also use the Google tag (gtag.js) and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to measure conversions from our Google campaigns: that you submitted the valuation request, or tapped a link to call us or message us on WhatsApp. When you submit the valuation request, we also send your email address and phone number irreversibly encrypted (SHA-256), so that Google can match the conversion to the ad click without receiving them in plain text (enhanced conversions). Without that consent nothing from Google Ads is loaded. Legal basis: your consent to advertising cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Offline conversions: if you came from a Google ad and accepted advertising cookies, we store the ID of that click (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) with your request. If your valuation request later becomes a sale mandate, we may tell Google Ads that the click turned into a client, identified only by that ID and the date, to learn which ads work. We do not send your name, phone number or address. Legal basis: your consent to advertising cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to know how many visits the website gets, which pages people browse and which form steps are completed, without identifying you. Without that consent Google Analytics is not loaded. Legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Some of these providers, OpenAI and Google (through its parent company) are US companies. Where data is transferred internationally, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The map on property listings is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to serve the map images. The video is only loaded from YouTube if you press play; from then on, Google's privacy policy applies. There are more details in the cookie policy.

You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at info@inmobiliariaimpulsa.com or by post to Carrer de Pit Roig 15, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), Spain, stating which right you are exercising. If we cannot identify you from the information in your request, we will ask you to prove your identity.

We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).

The website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us your data.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connections, access restricted to the Impulsa team and access control in the database.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
